A V-Pan Deep Fryer is a commercial deep fryer with a V-shaped oil tank instead of heating tubes. This shape creates a natural cold zone at the bottom where crumbs and debris settle away from the hottest oil.
How it works
Gas burners sit under the V-shaped tank, heating the metal surface.
Heat rises up the sloped sides, warming the oil evenly.
Food particles fall into the lower point of the “V,” staying cooler than the oil above.
Because debris doesn’t burn as easily, the oil stays cleaner for longer.
