Shipping and Deliveries

Adgemis Refrigeration offers Australia wide delivery service for all purchases. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours after the receipt of full payment.

Orders made via bank transfer are dispatched once funds have cleared.

Please be aware that if your order contains multiple products, the products may ship from different locations and may not arrive at the same time.

Standard delivery timeframes to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are between 3 – 5 business days.

Regional areas, other towns and cities may take up to 10 business days.

Standard deliveries are Kerbside Drop-off (Door-to-Door) only (not delivered inside your premises)

• Standard deliveries are completed by a single driver to keep costs down
• Standard deliveries do not allow delivery date/time reservations
• Standard deliveries does not include installation or the removal of any packaging or existing appliance.

Premium delivery includes goods to be delivered inside premises with all unpacking of items & place item at the nominated position.

If you require additional services such as removal and disposal of old appliances please contact us on 03 9808 9209 or email us at info@adgemisrefrigeration.com.au so that we can provide a quote.

If your delivery is required to go in a lift, upstairs or steps or there is a special requirement involved and we are not notified in advance prior to the delivery date, the delivery may be refused by the transport company and you will be required to pay a fee to have the goods redelivered.

All deliveries take place during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

In some cases, deliveries can be scheduled after hours or on weekends. Please note that these will be arranged on a case-by-case basis and cannot be booked online.  Please contact us to speak to our Sales team to see if out-of-hours deliveries can be arranged.

Keep in mind that these deliveries can cost significantly higher and you will be liable for the price differences.

Pickup

All Pickups can be scheduled during standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

In some cases, deliveries can be scheduled after hours or on weekends. Please contact us to discuss this.

If you are picking up your item from our warehouse please confirm actual box dimensions before arrival, and ensure you have an adequate vehicle to safely collect and transport. Warehouse staff reserve the right to refuse any vehicle that is not fit to safely transport such items.

Please remember to bring padding and straps to ensure all items are secure for transportation.

All customers arranging their own collections (whether personally or their own courier) are required to check order and packaging thoroughly before departure. All responsibility for the condition will be transferred from Adgemis Refrigeration to the customer at this point in time.
